CRM Capability Lead, BT
Andrew is the CRM Capability Lead responsible for all CRM Professional Services and Portfolio in BT. Andrew’s key objectives in this role are to deliver a differentiated, competitive and market-leading portfolio of Products and Services to BT customers and prospects globally and to support Market Units in delivering for our customers. Prior to taking up this role to that he was General Manager, Contact Centre Services, Hosted IP Contact Centres, Hosted IP Telephony and CRM Portfolio. That portfolio includes all of the platforms, network products and services that support the BTGS CRM business. Andrew has nearly 20 years experience in CRM including Sales Force Automation and Contact Centres.
